Can I call you?
Online is what we do best at Nootka, so our customer service team works mainly via email. We do not have a call center, which means that we cannot receive large amounts of calls. If a call is the best way to solve your problem, we will be happy to call you after we have received your question by email.
You are welcome to visit our store at Döbelnsgatan 55 in Stockholm. The store is open between 10:00 -18:30 Monday until Friday.
Yes. We offer complementary gift wrapping on all Nootka orders. Send us an email & we will make sure to add it to your order.
If you made your order before 1pm your order will most likely be shipped the same day. Deliveries within Sweden usually takes between 1-2 working days. Shipping to rest of the world usually takes between 2-4 working days depending on where you are located.
When the order has been shipped you will receive an email from us with a tracking link so that you can follow the status of your delivery.

If you regret your order shortly after you have placed it, please write to us in the chat or send us an e-mail at email@example.com and we will help you. If you regret your order, and it has already been shipped, you must wait until you receive the order and then return it.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Yes, we ship worldwide. If you have any specific questions about shipping to your country, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or write to us in the chat.
Returns & Refunds
You are always eligible for return within 14 days after delivery. Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and returned inside the original Nootka box. Please secure the original packaging inside another carton box to avoid any damage on the Nootka packaging or items when shipping back. Nootka reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements.
Please note that Nootka will not be able to refund customs and VAT and/or any additional charges that may occur for orders sent to destinations outside the EU.
All returns that are shipped back within the 14-day time period and that are fulfilling the above requirements, will be refunded to the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed.
You are always eligible for return within 14 days after delivery. Send us an email to email@example.com and please make sure to include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return and if there is a specific reason for the return. If your order was placed within rest of EU/rest of world, you are eligible to both return and exchange, but all costs for shipping and duties/import & export taxes will then be paid by the client. You can exchange an item or size by placing a new order or contact the customer care team, they are happy to assist you. It’s not possible to exchange an item by writing on the return form.
If you haven’t received your refund 14 days after you have sent your notice, please contact us and we will help you.

Locally sourced production is another integral part of our values. We design and craft all our jewelry in our foundry in Stockholm. This decision ensures not only the highest quality but also allows us to maintain good working conditions and foster a close dialogue with our skilled goldsmiths.
Yes. All Nootka Jewelry is nickel-free.
As with all gold-plated jewelry, the gold weakens over time when exposed to water, perfume, chemicals etc. Try to keep your precious jewelry away from that if possible. If you wish to do a quick touch up at home, our Nootka Care Kit is the perfect go to.
Last year we also launched our a service called Nootka Care. This service is great if you need more than just a quick touch up. As a Nootka customer you can send in your jewelry for gold plating, polishing or a repair to our foundry for just cost price.
Yes, one of our latest initiatives is our new service called Nootka Care where we allow our customers to send in their jewelry for a repair, new gold plating or repolishing at cost price. Read more about it here.

Silver - Each Nootka piece is handcrafted locally in Stockholm, made from recycled 925 sterling silver. 925 sterling silver naturally oxidises over time due to different reasons like contact with sulfur that can be found in the air, in fabrics and even excreted by the body. Fortunately this is not a permanent state and you can always remove the oxidation. Use the Nootka Jewelry Care Kit for a quick and efficient touch up.
Gold - Each Nootka piece is handcrafted made from recycled 925 sterling silver with 24k gold vermeil. Even though the gold plating is thick, kindly note that with time the plating can wear off. This is normal and not a reason for a claim. Gently touch-up your piece using Nootka Polishing Cloth without chemicals. We recommend avoiding contact with any kind of liquid.
