Items purchased on Nootka-jewelry.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Enjoy extended exchange right until January 10th for all orders placed during November and December.

We charge a return fee that is deducted from the refund.
Sweden: 49 SEK
UK: 15 GBP
EU, Switzerland & Norway: 15 EUR
USA & Rest of world: 20 USD

Send us an email to contact@nootka-jewelry.com and please make sure to include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return and if there is a specific reason for the return. Please send us an email to receive your shipping label.

Please note the following:

Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and returned inside the original Nootka box. Please secure the original packaging inside another carton box to avoid any damage on the Nootka packaging or items when shipping back.

The 14 days return right does not apply to made-to-order or custom-made products. All such purchases are final unless the product is defective.

Nootka reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements.

Please note that Nootka will not be able to refund customs and VAT and/or any additional charges that may occur for orders sent to destinations outside the EU. 

All returns that are shipped back within the 14-day time period and that are fulfilling the above requirements, will be refunded to the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
