How it works

2. Receive your shipment QR-code
Simply book a return through the link in the confirmation email to receive a QR-code.
3. Leave at Postnord
Scan the code at your local post office.
4. Nootka Care
Our goldsmiths will perfect your Nootka pieces and make them look as new again. It usually takes about 2-4 weeks.
5. Finished
A shipping confirmation will be sent out to you as soon as they are done. You don't have to do anything.
