Order & Shipping
You are welcome to visit Nootka at NK in Stockholm & Gothenburg. We are located in NK Details (floor 1 in Stockholm, Floor 2 Gothenburg).
Yes. We offer complementary gift wrapping on all Nootka orders. Send us an email & we will make sure to add it to your order.
Deliveries within Sweden usually takes between 1-2 working days. Shipping to rest of the world usually takes between 2-5 working days depending on where you are located.
When the order has been shipped you will receive an email from us with a tracking link so that you can follow the status of your delivery.
If you have any issues with your delivery, please don't hesitate to contact us at contact@nootka-jewelry.com or in the live chat. We are happy to help.
If you regret your order shortly after you have placed it, please write to us in the chat or send us an e-mail at contact@nootka-jewelry.com and we will help you. If you regret your order, and it has already been shipped, you must wait until you receive the order and then return it.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

You are always eligible for return within 14 days after delivery. Send us an email to contact@nootka-jewelry.com and please make sure to include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return and if there is a specific reason for the return. If your order was placed within rest of EU/rest of world, you are eligible to both return and exchange, but all costs for shipping and duties/import & export taxes will then be paid by the client. Please send us an email for further address information.

Yes, if the jewelry has not been used and was received within 14 days. Ask the customer care team, they are happy to assist you further.
If you haven’t received your refund 14 days after you have sent your notice, please contact us and we will help you.

From the founding of Nootka, we've been committed to working with recycled materials. All our silver is recycled 925 sterling silver.
Locally sourced production is another integral part of our values. We design and craft all our jewelry in our foundry in Stockholm. This decision ensures not only the highest quality but also allows us to maintain good working conditions and foster a close dialogue with our skilled goldsmiths.

Silver - Each Nootka piece is handcrafted locally in Stockholm, made from recycled 925 sterling silver. 925 sterling silver naturally oxidises over time due to different reasons like contact with sulfur that can be found in the air, in fabrics and even excreted by the body. Fortunately this is not a permanent state and you can always remove the oxidation. Use the Nootka Jewelry Care Kit for a quick and efficient touch up.
Gold - Each Nootka piece is handcrafted made from recycled 925 sterling silver with 24k gold vermeil. Even though the gold plating is thick, kindly note that with time the plating can wear off. This is normal and not a reason for a claim. Gently touch-up your piece using Nootka Polishing Cloth without chemicals. We recommend avoiding contact with any kind of liquid.

Don't forget that if the ring does not fit as you wish you can always return your item within 14 days or change size. We are happy to help you!
As with all gold-plated jewelry, the gold weakens over time when exposed to water, perfume, chemicals etc. Try to keep your precious jewelry away from that if possible. If you wish to do a quick touch up at home, our Nootka Care Kit is the perfect go to.
Last year we also launched our a service called Nootka Care. This service is great if you need more than just a quick touch up. As a Nootka customer you can send in your jewelry for gold plating, polishing or a repair to our foundry for just cost price.
We do not offer repairs at the moment, but we are looking into the possibility of offering this in the future. In the meantime, we kindly advise you to have your item repaired or polished at a local goldsmith
