2. How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item purchased from Nootka Jewelry. For orders placed in December, we offer an extended exchange period until January 12th. Please note that all returns and exchanges must meet our specified requirements.
3. What is the process for returning an item?
To initiate a return, please send an email to contact@nootka-jewelry.com with your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If you are located within the rest of the EU or rest of the world, you are eligible for both return and exchange, but shipping costs and duties/import/export taxes will be paid by the client. We will provide you with a shipping label upon request.
It is important to note that items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and inside the original Nootka box. Please ensure the original packaging is secured inside another carton box to prevent any damage during shipping.
Kindly be aware that Nootka reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the specified requirements. Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original form of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
